Quote at the bottom of this article on the overblown announcement about UK royalty:

Thirty-eight percent said they did not care and the rest had no opinion.

You have to wonder about those who did not care, yet had an opinion. Or is this a nice way of saying

Thirty-eight percent said that they did not care, and the rest told us to "bugger off".
